You apply to a province for a nomination under one of its streams. If the stream is linked to Express Entry, the nomination adds 600 CRS points. Other streams use a separate federal PR application after nomination. Each province sets its own rules and yearly numbers.
Many streams need one, but some provinces invite Express Entry candidates without a job offer when their occupation or profile matches local needs. Streams open, close and change often. Check the province’s own website before you pay anyone for help.
No. Only the provincial government can nominate you. Offers of a “guaranteed nomination” or a job that includes a nomination for a fee are warning signs. Only licensed RCICs or lawyers may charge for Canadian immigration advice.
Expect the same core documents as Express Entry: an ECA, approved language results, experience letters that match your job duties, and later a Nepal Police clearance and an IRCC medical in Kathmandu. Nepali documents need certified translations.
