Where do Filipinos give biometrics and do medical exams?

IRCC lists two visa application centres in the Philippines: Manila and Cebu. Biometrics cost CAN$85 per person or CAN$170 per family. In September 2026 IRCC’s panel physician list showed approved doctors in Manila, Cebu City, Baguio City and Davao. Only a panel physician can do your immigration medical.

What is special about the NBI clearance for Canada?

Manila checklists ask for the original NBI clearance, issued within the last three months, with a dry seal and your thumbprint. A personal copy is not accepted. If it shows a remark such as record as stated, you must add an NBI explanation, full court records and your own account of what happened.

Which Philippine records does IRCC want from PSA?

For family class applications, the Manila office requires birth, marriage and death certificates to be authenticated by the Philippine Statistics Authority. Unmarried applicants give a Certificate of No Marriage Record (CENOMAR). Late-registered births need extra proof of identity such as baptismal or school records.
