Yes, if it is paid, skilled work in TEER 0, 1, 2 or 3 from the last 10 years, with at least one year continuous or 1,560 hours. For CRS, foreign experience scores only alongside strong language results or Canadian experience, to a maximum of 50 points.
Apply online or in person at any NBI office. If you live abroad, apply at a Philippine embassy or consulate, or by mail to the NBI head office in Manila, which mails the certificate. If a remark like record as stated appears, you need an NBI explanation and full court records.
Yes, if it meets the same rules. Skilled work done in the Gulf, Asia or elsewhere counts as foreign work experience. You will also need a police certificate from each country where you lived six months in a row or longer in the last 10 years, since age 18.
