How does the PNP work for applicants in Pakistan?

You apply to a province for a nomination under one of its streams. If the stream is linked to Express Entry, the nomination adds 600 CRS points. Other streams use a separate paper-based federal application after nomination. Each province sets its own rules and yearly numbers.

Do I need a job offer for a PNP from Pakistan?

Many streams do, but not all. Some provinces invite Express Entry candidates without a job offer when their occupation or profile matches local needs. Streams change often, so check the province’s own website before paying for anything.

Can anyone sell me a provincial nomination?

No. Nominations come only from the provincial government. Anyone offering a “guaranteed nomination” or a job that comes with a nomination for a fee is a warning sign. Only licensed RCICs or lawyers may charge for Canadian immigration advice.

What documents from Pakistan will the province and IRCC ask for?
