1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using NextMovePath (the "Platform"), operated by CS2Technologies Inc. ("we", "us", "our"), a corporation registered in Ontario, Canada, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Services Description

NextMovePath provides immigration information tools, including CRS score calculators, program eligibility checkers, Express Entry draw tracking, and AI-powered assessments. These tools present information based on publicly available Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) guidelines and scoring criteria.

Our tools are for informational purposes only and do not constitute immigration advice, legal advice, or any form of professional advice. All immigration decisions are made solely by IRCC. Scores, assessments, and estimates provided by our tools may differ from official IRCC determinations.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update your information as needed. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. AI-Generated Content

Certain features of the Platform use artificial intelligence to generate assessments, scores, and informational content. AI-generated content is based on publicly available IRCC criteria and the information you provide. AI outputs are estimates and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for immigration decisions. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of AI-generated content.

5. Paid Services & Refunds

Certain features require a paid subscription or one-time purchase. By making a payment, you agree to the pricing displayed at the time of purchase. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.

Refund Policy: We offer a 30-day refund for one-time purchases if you are not satisfied with the service. Subscription plans may be cancelled at any time; refunds for the current billing period are prorated. To request a refund, contact us at info@nextmovepath.com within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days.

6. Limitation of Liability

NextMovePath and CS2Technologies Inc. provide decision-support tools and information services. We are not an immigration consultancy, law firm, or government agency. Actual immigration outcomes are determined solely by IRCC.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CS2Technologies Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Platform. Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

7. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered in Toronto, Ontario, in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1991 (Ontario). You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

8. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or harmful conduct. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us at info@nextmovepath.com.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
