- Payment information: Processed securely by Stripe; we do not store credit card numbers

- Provide immigration assessment tools and calculate CRS scores
- Generate AI-powered evaluations and informational reports
- Maintain and improve the Platform
- Process payments for paid features
- Respond to your inquiries
- Send service-related communications (account confirmations, security alerts)
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Marketing Communications (CASL)
In compliance with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), we will only send you commercial electronic messages (marketing emails, newsletters, promotions) if you have provided express consent. You may withdraw consent at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any marketing email or by contacting us at info@nextmovepath.com. Service-related messages (password resets, account alerts) are not considered commercial messages under CASL.

If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., financial records for tax purposes may be retained for up to 7 years).

In the event of a data breach that poses a real risk of significant harm, we will notify affected individuals and the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada as required by PIPEDA. Notification will include the nature of the breach, the information involved, and steps individuals can take to reduce potential harm.
