Consultant Agreement

1. Eligibility
To register as a consultant on NextMovePath, you must be a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) in good standing with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC), or a licensed immigration lawyer in a Canadian province or territory.
2. Professional Obligations
As a consultant on our platform, you agree to maintain your professional license and good standing, provide accurate and up-to-date information in your profile, respond to client inquiries in a timely manner, and deliver consultations in accordance with CICC standards and guidelines.
3. Client Appointments
You are responsible for managing your availability, honoring confirmed appointments, and providing professional consultation services. Cancellations should be communicated to clients as early as possible.
4. Fees and Payments
Consultation fees are set by you and displayed on your profile. NextMovePath facilitates the booking process but individual payment arrangements are between you and your clients.
5. Data Protection
You agree to handle all client information in accordance with applicable privacy laws, including PIPEDA. Client data accessed through the platform must be used solely for the purpose of providing immigration consultation services.
6. Termination
NextMovePath reserves the right to suspend or terminate consultant accounts that violate these terms, receive consistent negative feedback, or fail to maintain their professional licensing.
